REAL ESTATE SERVICES now deemed “Essential”
Pertaining to allowable Real Estate activity the following is an except from a memorandum issued from the Office of the Governor of Washington State (3/27/2020):
- In-person activities must be by appointment only;
- No more than two people (including the real estate broker) may be at the property at any one time;
- Those two persons must strictly follow social distancing guidelines established by the CDC by remaining at least six feet apart at all times.
- No open houses shall be permitted;
- Property viewings, inspections, appraisals, and final walk-throughs shall be arranged by appointment and limited to no more than two people on site at any one time, exercising social distancing at all times; and
- Except for the limited exceptions authorized above, all new real estate listings shall be facilitated remotely.
